12 Month Membership - $300.00

• Package includes 12 months of unlimited tanning in all Level 1 beds. (10 min. Sundash, 20 min Sundash, 20 min Double Facial, 12 min Stand-Up Sunshower)
• 20% discount on all lotion purchases during membership
• Membership kit which includes own personal goggles and sample lotion packettes.
• Package averages $25 a month.
• Package starts on date of first tan and ends on same date on 12th month.  No exceptions.  All sales are final, no refunds, exchanges or transfers.
